Try a heating pad or a hot shower/bath.
You may need to just relax and put some heat on it.

Good luck!

I hurt my coxyx on a bike, its the tail of ur spine. Unfortunately the only treatment that worked was an injection of steroid into it at casualty dept. Its worth it for the releif though and i got better fairly quick after like about two days.

you can always go to the ciopractore. you never know you could of damaged it more then you think. But that can always be expensive so what i whould do is set aside all of your work that day and just lay on your side, put a hot water bottle on it and take some meds. and its an exuse to just be a couch patato!
well hope you get better, and remember im not a doc so dont relie on my opinon so much!

simply by fact we oftentimes tend to take them with no attention. If we harm somebody not so on the component human beings , they'd bypass away us. yet in case of people who're closer to us we oftentimes dont have that worry . Like despite we do ,even after hurting them , all of us be responsive to that our mum and dad wil forgive us and shop on loving us regardless of our behaviour. thank you for asking this variety of staggering question.. You too have a great day.. shop Smiling.. :)

if it's the bone that hurts you need to get an xray done to make sure you haven't cracked a vertebrae...could also be a slipped disc or you could have crushed one. GET IT SORTED or you could suffer with it for the rest of your life. My dad had three crushed vertabrae and suffers daily.......even getting them fused only lessened the pain....so please get help immediately.//once you see the xray a doc will give you strengening excersises when the internal bruising goes down.

I did the same thing and it took a few days to settle down. In the mean time, do not sit back, but lean abit forward or lay on sides.

An Xray would be a smart move. But till then use a donut sponge pillow. You could have fractured your coccyx (tailbone).
