IS there a one time activation fee on Cingular's GoPhones?

There SHOULDN'T be!?! With T*MOBILE-TO-GO there is NOT;
All you need to do, is BUY a PHONE [with 15 MINS LOADED in it, comes w/PHONE.], PRE-PAID CARD, lets say, a 25 MIN for $25, there is a # to CALL, using the MOBILE, there's a CODE # to REVEAL, FOLLOW PRE-RECORDED steps to SETUP PHONE.
Some PRE-PAID PLANS, you MUST use LANDLINE to SETUP PHONE. That is a PAIN TOO!!!!!
On T*MOBILE you have the OPTION to go POST-PAID using SAME PHONE # & SIM CARD

Well idk about if you buy them at a store like walmart but when I got mine hooked up at cingular it was like $25 for the card that went in it..the setup fee..and 100 minutes or something like that.

no.. no prepaid phones have activation charges
