Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Breast enhancement surgery is very safe these days. Especially if you get saline implants (which is recomended for first time implants.) Find a surgeon you trust and make sure he shows you a lot of before and after pictures and thoroughly discusses your wishes with you before hand.

Go get a consultation at a local surgeon's office. They are inexpensive (about $50) and the cost is usually taken out of the cost of surgery if you do decide to do it.

I got breast implants a few years ago and I have not regretted it for one second, ever. They are very natural looking which i didn't expect because I had no breast tissue to begin with. (I was in a loose training bra!) I went from nothing to a C and they look natural. So if you get yours from a B to a C they will look great.

*Check out the surgeon before the procedure*

It is a surgery, so obviously you have the small chance of problems with anesthetics, but compared to other procedures its not as dangerous. One thing to keep in mind is the kind of implant. Silicone implants are dangerous because if they break they cant be absorbed safely by the body. Salene are basically saltwater and wont cause serious damage if they break.

Generally, they are safe. Mishaps can occur with any procedure from time to time, especially if the surgeon is less than top-notch.

You will probably regret this when you get older, though; it would be better to stick with what nature gives you. Boobs can only get a man's attention, they can't keep him for long.
