my best friend and i have been friends for like 4 years now. during the summer she moved to a bad part of town where all the druggys live.. i never thought she would turn into one. she was always against drinking and smoking and stuff and now shes a dirtbag. shes only 15 and she's going out with a 19 year old who works for her grandfather and who is a big druggie.. shes done everything with this kid execpt have sex.. i keep on telling her not to have sex with im because he might leave her and i dont want her to get hurt.. i hate what shes turned into but i still love her and im trying to except what she is now.. do you think i should tell her parents about what shes been doing or try to make her stop?

Deffinatly tell her parents. Yeah she'll hate you but she'll realize you were doing it because you care about her.
