has anyone heard of a jewelry artist named "Nandor"?

Have an old pendant ,pretty thing.On the back is a label-Handcrafted by Nandor,Victoria.British Columbia.My mother got it 25 years ago on a visit.It looks like flowers under glass.It was a set of three pieces,necklace,ring and bracelet.Mother gave one each to my sisters,and I got the pendant.Does anyone know a site where I might find his work?Please not ebay.

Have you Googled him to see if there is any info.on him? I've never heard of him/her,
