DAILY exercise. Without it, I would not have a desire to keep moving forward thru life. Deal with daily mild depression. With exercise, I feel like the guy on the movie "crank."

my kids
knowing that I am the only one that would do ANYTHING for them, I make sure I stay alive. I see life as sink or swim, I have to keep swimming to stay alive for them.
