If you are sexually active, pregnancy is possible. In this case your best bet is to see your doctor at least two weeks after a missed period, and have a pregnancy blood test done as this is the most accurate way of testing. Two weeks gives the body enough time to produce an adequate amount of pregnancy hormone that is detected by a test. Other reasons for period abnormalities include stress, weight gain/loss, thyroid, hormonal imbalance, infection, illness, medications, polyp, cyst, amongst other reasons. If the blood test comes back negative, your doctor can do further testing to determine what the exact cause may be.

well, it is possible but I wouldn't jump to conclusions just yet, especially to the fact that the more nervous you are the less likely you will get it.
Check with some more natural signs of the early stages of pregnancy. Are your breasts sore and overly sensitive? Do you feel more fatigued or a bit more nausea's in the morning when you awake? If you say yes to both or at least one of these than I would purchase a at home pregnancy test.the"clear blue easy" is the most accurate of these tests on the market.

If you're having sex, then yes, you could be.
Please take a test and find out for sure!
