i would say yes, but not sure to what degree
any heat generated has to go somewhere. if there are significant amount of heat being generated without a proper balance of cooling, global warming is the side-effect
also note that the term global warming describes an event where the earth's atmosphere warms up significantly. there is no doubt that the earth's atmosphere has warmed up significantly. the only 'theory' related to this event is the cause of this increase.

just becuase two things are correlated, doesnt mean one necessarily causes the other. human influence on global climate pales in comparison to natural forces. the climates changes constantly. the four seasons are a small scale model of what happens to the world over time. it goes through natural cycles of heating and cooling. if it didn't how could we have entered into an ice age, and then recovered from it. im pretty sure cavemen weren't burning enough fossil fuels to melt the whole world. we're arrogant to think that the climate change is our fault. dont worry about it.
