how long does your period cycle thingy last like now till a certain age but like when its that time of month how long may it last?

It can last 3-8 days.
Mine usually lasts 4 days.

Mine was heavy as it could possibly be, and lasted for 7 days straight, and I would get it twice a month. So it varies for everybody. but if you are curious because you have a long one, go on something like ortho tri-cyclen or trinessa (which is the generic)...It will even you out and usually it will shorten it a couple of days. My first time taking it, it did not make the bleeding less (because it was really bad then)...which was odd... But years later I am on it again, and it works like a charm now. When I was 13 years old I had to be put on it for health reasons above.
