Oily Skin ( man do i hate it! I have combination so i kinda get what happens). Just for the 411 too much makeup can lead to breaks outs because the oil and dirt combines together and the makeup clogs up your pores( believe me :)
Anyway I were you and have your genetics, I would try to keep it simple with maybe some lip gloss ( pink plz it pretty) and mascara ( kick it up a notch with Navy Blue and your eyes will be even well bluer) and a little eye liner or eyeshadow( not both) maybe a light brown or a light pink ( depend if your skin is a cool or warm)
Skin cool ( looks nice with blue light yellow, sliver
Warm ( goes good with gold jewerly)

You and I probably look a lot alike. lol. I'm blonde with blue eyes too. I'm pretty laid back as well. Honestly, you don't need a lot of makeup to look glam. Its pretty easy. You should definitly start by washing your face every day. You can even out your skin with powder. If you want to look glamorous, your eyes are the way to do it. I would do a colored shadow, maybe something with little bit of sparkle. Brown looks good on basically any skin tone, and pink does too. Don't feel like you have to put a lot on, a little goes a long way. Personally, I feel that mascara put on the right way works just as well as eyeliner, if not better. Start with the brush as close as you can get it to the base of your eyelashes and blink or stroke upward. Good luck!

okay i hav the answers. you wanna make sure not to wear sOO much that you look like a 13 year old tryin to be 20! wer a mascara brown or brownish black (no black!), a lip gloss no lipstik, colored lip glosses look good but so do clear, no eyeliner just find a eyeshadow color that you like and with the sponge wand line your eyelid with it, keep it light. i made the mistake of wearing dark stuff and got calld a hookr so keep it light yet pretty and glam. also if you hav dark circles under your eyes use an undereye concealer i think maybelline coverstik is best blend well, then if you need do use a foundation use a light sheer one that blends perfectly and makes you look natural yet good. and last if your skins oily use a loose powder in the morning-maybellines shine free loose powder really works! and if you HAV to hav a foundation use covergirls trueblend. good luck!

You are young, so your skin still has a lot of natural beauty and "glow". You don't need to spend a lot of money on cosmetics, and you don't need to lay them on thick.
With that being said, Maybelline's Shine Free foundations and powders are great for oily or combination skin. You could probably get away with using just the powder as a foundation as well as for touch-ups (like if your nose gets shiny). If you have acne/blemishes, you may want to go with the liquid foundation and keep the powder in your purse for touch-ups.
Almay also makes foundations and powders specifically for oily skin.
Choose the foundation and/or powder that is closest to your natural skin tone. If there are testers available, dab different shades on your hand; if a shade seems to disappear, then it is the right shade for you. If there aren't testers available, hold different shades next to your skin and pick the shade that looks closest to your natural skin tone.
Maybelline and Cover Girl both make nice blushes that come in two-color palettes. Some people like to blend the two, starting the darker shade just under their cheekbones and the lighter shade on the "apples" (round part) of the cheeks. Other people like to use the lighter shade in the daytime and the darker shade when they go out at night and want a more dramatic look. Either way you decide to apply it, choose shades that don't stray too far from your natural skin tone -- you don't want to pick shades that are SO dark/dramatic that they won't let your natural glow shine through.
As far as eye makeup, Almay has "Intense i-Color" collections for most eye colors: blue, green, brown, and hazel. The collections include a three-color eyeshadow palette, eyeliner, and mascara (each sold separately). I think these collections are wonderful because they take the guesswork out of choosing just the right colors for you.
The right colors are always the colors that look best on your face. They will look good no matter what you wear. On the other hand, if you match your makeup to your clothes, it might look totally wrong on your face.
One fun thing you can do is go to the cosmetics section of most of the better department stores (Macy's, Nordstrom's, etc.), where they will give you a makeover for free if you look like you're going to buy something. Learn what colors look good on you and how to put them on. Then buy a cheap lipstick and thank the sales associate for her time. :o)

Since you have dark blue eyes I would use a goldish eyeshadow maybe a gold shimmer on your eyes, a little mascara, and then dust your face with a light bronzer. Put the bronzer on your cheek bones, a little on your chin nose, and some on your forhead so it looks like the sun kissed you. Then top it off with a light pink almost sheer lip gloss.

moisturise you face, then add a light weight tinted mouisturiser blend well, next use a rasberry cheek gel smile and rub in to the apples of your cheeks ( the round puffy part when you smile) dont over do the blush though or you'll end up looking like a clown :) next use maybelline dream mousse bronzer under you cheekbones. next blend an ivory matte eyeshadow across ur lid but only to the crease. line your bottom lashes with a white eyleiner which will make your eyes "pop" curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler and apply one coat of clear mascara. next use a nude lip liner and infeathery strokes moving up wards line you lips make sure that the lip liner is almost not even noticble but it just defines you lips otherwise you look like a hooker. and finnally dab a sheer lipgloss (nude, clear and pinks) on to your lips starting form the middle outwards (this will make your lips look fuller)
this makeup will not be very obvious it just enhances your natural beauty.
i hope i helped :)
please pick mine for best answer :)

you should try not to wear any makeup at all. i started wearing makeup in eighth grade, and thats still too young. if you wear face makeup, you can get acne or it can look very cheesy if you dont know what your doing. just wear a lip balm like Softlips or a lip gloss. and if you must do something with your eyes wear clear mascara. that way you wont look like a raccoon by the end of the day. and you can use blotting sheets for the oil. hope this helped!

I'm guessing you're probably caucasian because you said blonde hair and blue eyes. Well, in middle school, less is ALWAYS better and more attractive. So I would go with a little eyeliner, mascara, and a shimmering shadow. Oh, not to mention, a light colored gloss. You can never have too much mascara. (Just don't make it clumpy.) P.S. It always helps to have your eyebrows arched first.

you sound exactlylike me! my goodness its like we are twins! for blue eyes wear a some mascara, brown or purple eyeshadow, the blush u wear should only give u barely a sun kissed glow. shiny lips and ur off! for oily skin use blotting papers throughout the day in the bathroom, they soak up that oil!
