you are looking for a cd, and when you open the correct case the wrong cd is in it? For instance looking for Gorillaz, open Gorillaz' case and find AC/DC, so I look in AC/DC case and find Puddle of Mudd, look in Puddle's case and it is empty! Am I the only one who believes in putting the correct CD back in the case after listening to it?

What's a CD? I have all of my music on my iPod and computer anymore. I have done that with DVDs many times. I will misplace a case, but I need to put another one in the player. So I take the one in the player and put it in the wrong case. I usually can backtrack enough to get everything back in its proper case.
PS: Check your player for the Gorillaz CD.

I'm like you. I HATE it.
I keep my CD's alphabetized by name of artist/band, then by name of album. I get them out one at a time and put the CD back in its correct case before I get out another one.
Maybe I'm just obsessive, but at least I don't get surprises.

nope, my four year old gets on to me all the time for putting cd's in the wrong cases.

no, I usually do that, and put DVDs back in the same case. I just thought I was a neat freak, my siblings told me I am a neat freak.

I haven't had that problem.The family knows to keep their hands off of my cds.They think I am strange cause I have them all in alphabetical order.

Well... I just have the cd's setting on my passenger seat for easy access.. pop it in and pop it out lol...
