The records are from the 40's in good condition, some with covers featuring artists of that time. The music is mostly big bands and crooners. Many names that even I recognized. I found these records in my Mother's attic when cleaning out her house. I am not looking to get a lot of money for them, maybe 100 bucks. I just want them to go to someone who would apprieciate them and make a little cash.

I would speak to a director at a Senior Centor and donate them. You would probably make someones day if they heard what was at onetime their song.

Your best bet is finding a record store that sells old records near you. they will likely go thru and give you fairly ok $$ for some of the collection. then your next step is eBay. take the time to price some and put them on there and you will make your $100.
if you are just looking to get rid of them, list them fairly low priced, just enough to cover the shipping and then a little payemnt fo rthe record.
goodluck!

List on Ebay. Either as a lot or pull out the ones that will sell on their own then list the rest as a lot.

You can put a free ad on Craigslist.org or try selling them on eBay. You might be surprised as they might not be worth anything.

Market them as antique vinyl discs.
