I have checked the settings and they are set to "larger" within the Page icon on the toolbar. I have also checked print preview in the file menu and page set up, what else can I try?

when html (the coding on web pages) is coded it sometimes is not very printer friendly. The best you can do is copy it into word ( or whatever) and make it bigger there

On 'print preview' there should be an option to 'shrink to fit' or '%' option. Use the option to adjust the email to fill the printed page.
If your 'print preview' does not include an option to re-size then copy to clipboard and paste into Microsoft-word. On Microsoft-word any print can be size adjusted and re-formatted. Then print as per usual.

i think its to do with the text size of the sender as an experiment - send yourself one from a library or a friends house or get your friend to send it making sure that the text size is big then check it and print , just say hi or something don't type an essay or you may run out of ink .

Try going into Outlook Express, Tools, Options.

the email composer could use a different font > tab Compose > Font settings

the email receiver could tab to Read > Fonts

I recommend you record your original fonts as your new choices might overwrite the originals
