Well, first look for the signs of unfaithfulness in general. Is she refusing your advances? Is she making more excuses out of sex than usual? Is she keeping emotional distance from you?

The other signs may be harder to spot. Many women naturally share affection openly with one another. So 2 women hugging or kissing (on the cheek) usually means nothing. Likewise, an increase in phone calls from a specific person may not mean anything either. Guys hang out with their male buddies and usually don't scr*w them, so if 2 women are on the phone for hours or visit a lot, that does not in itself mean anything. But it is certain types of kisses, certain types of embraces, certain types of phone calls, certain types of visits you would have to notice. A bisexual woman may be able to hide it better than a bisexual man.
