how can I write a CD right now?

I have installed nero on my laptop but is is not in my programs list.when I want to install it again it says it had been installel. but in the computer you can not find nero even wiyh "search".and also when I want to remove it the computer says you haven't install it yet ,what should I do now? a

try restoring your computer to the date closest to before you installed it and try to install again.

Go to Start and check all program or else go to Add/or remove program to find it
