Gift of wine in San Diego?

I live in Australia but would like to buy my friend a gift certificate for some Aussie wine (or whatever wine she likes)

She lives in San Diego.

Does anyone out there know of any online services where I can arrange such a thing. She lives near University of San Diego

Maybe you could check at "Wine Steals". It's in Uptown near Hillcrest (San Diego). It's a very cool place to go for a glass or to pick up a decent bottle. Please check link below.
