You need a paint job and some new windows. Next time park far away or cover your car.

You didn't really say what kind of paint you had. If it isn't too bad you could just buff it out. Use LOTS of wax to keep a barrier from the acid.

Glass will not be etched by sulfuric acid. Hydrofluoric Acid is the stuff that will do it. My best guess is that you have Sulfate Deposits on your windows(hard water stains).

Find a bathroom cleaner that uses phosphoric acid. Get some fine steel wool(believe it or not it won't scratch the windows). Spray on the glass and scrub(not all that hard either, light pressure). Then wash off with lots of soap and water.

The paint is pretty much shot and so are your windows, both of which will need to be replaced.
You may consider asking your employer whether they will pay for repairs on your car due to the damages caused.

Be a horn blower and report them to the E.P.A. and OSHA. If it's doing this to your car, you can bet their breaking the law. Think of what it's doing to your body. As fare your car, sorry it's had it. no simple fix. People here have told you the truth, now it's time you helped yourself. Sorry but that's the facts of life.
