Type www.aarp.org/bulletin into the address bar of your web browser. If that doesn't work, try going to just www.aarp.org and then look for links to the bulletin.
If you don't find any links to the information you're looking for, see if there's a link called "Contact Us" or something similar ... then use it to e-mail them and ask about locating the information you need. Best of luck.

eliminate the bulletin part, and go to the main site first.
Their is a separate section on bulletins.
