I'm moving to Seattle in a few months and I was wondering where's the best place to live? My budget is $1500 per month and I want to live in a good part of town where it's fun and trendy thanks! :]

Try the U.W. district, If your moving here towards the summer, you can find a apt, pretty cheap, and you're pretty close to everything, studio apt run about $400. to $500. or so per mouth, also contact craigslist .com a lot of students will be moving out and you can probably find some good furiture for sale. Good luck

for $1500 a month for rent, you could pretty much live anywhere. If you're 21+ I suggest Bell Town..it's a trendy place with lots of bars, clubs, restraunts, etc. The age group of people around that area are more towards 24-40, and it's pretty much right downtown without feeling "dirty". You'll end up in a really small studio apartment for that price, but you'll probably end up in one with a lot of extras, and being in Bell town is great if you want to live somewhere fun to meet new people. Hope this helps.

p.s. other suggestions
UW district (if you want to live near college students)
Fremont (kind've same as above, but not quite the heart of UW)
Downtown Kirkland which is a suburb of Seattle is also quite fun.

Try looking on Elliot Ave.. Theres a couple of cute apartment buildings there and its right off the bay! Apartments there run in your budget and its not too far away from the space needle and such :) It is in an area called "bell town" and they've been fixing it up and making it new and nice for a couple years now. Elliot Ave. is also a couple blocks away from Pike Place Market so you'll be close to a lot of things!
