If you work or have worked in fast food restaurant, did you ever steal food while on the job?

I used to work in a coffee shop and I would steal pastries all the time.

I worked in a restaurant before (not fast food but close) and no I never stole food. We had all the sodas we could ever drink for free plus the cooks were really sweet and let us sample anything they were cooking or working on - don't worry we didn't eat off the customers' plates or eat any of their food! :)

My husband worked for McDonald's and Pizza Hut while in college and he never stole food either - he said if you wanted any you could just ask the manager and they would usually give it away.

I used to manage at a pizza parlor and I'd give my friends free food all the time. I was horrible though cuz I'd get mad when my employees would do that haha.

I've eaten food and not payed. rarely though. I don't really care for that kind of crappy food. I never, say, took a box of cheese home.

when I was a teenager, I used to take six packs of beer from the beer cooler. I'd hide them in garbage cans and take them out the back door, then later that night, drive around and pick them up. Wasn't long before they started locking that cooler. Damn......
