I think none of the above really, the closest would be that it increased the group of people considered middle class, but not the wealth of middle class itself.

Education in the Hellenistic world was rather Urban and peasant classes , remained uneducated.

Hellenistic culture, did support wealth to be accumulated at temples, but this was no different from other religions in the Hellenistic world ( Egypt for Example).

Hellenistic culture, brought individual freedom as preached by the Greek philosophers to areas where there was despotism in rule. So it is quite the opposite and that is the reason why Hellenistic culture flourished for many centuries after Alexander's empire was dismembered.
