Well, I was born in August, so depending on the system you use.
Most commonly, it would be Peridot, but in some birthstone systems it would also be Onyx.
So I get to choose between a plain-black hunk-o-rock in the Onyx, or a sorta-fake-looking pale *lime greenish* looking minor gemstone.
I think I will stick to the Peridot, since it seems to have better totemic and/or spirit crystal properties, *lol* Or so I hear. =))
