My feelings have always been wrong lol. I always thought that when I got pregnant I would now. But when I saw the positive pregnancy test I was shocked. And then I was convinced I was having a boy, but I'm having a girl.

Sometimes that is just wish-full thinking!! If this is your first baby expect to be late!!! Average 1st pregnancy is 41 weeks 1 day and you can still safely go 2 more weeks past that... If this is not a first pregnancy average length of gestation is 40 weeks 3 days. I swore I would be early or right on time. I was unaware of the averages above so when my doc asked if I wanted an induction at 41 weeks I thought I was way late(with my first), Ultimately I ended up with a c-section... Just wait if you can, the baby & your body will know when it is time!!! Don't let the doc talk you into anything! Check out this book: The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth!! Very informative!
