I loved The Devil's Rejects as a representation of what I would like to see in a violent film such as this.I loved the camera work in it.Rob Zombie understands what a good visual experience should be but only time will tell if he can expand on those ideas. The sense of dread in the film is a big plus to the overall feel of the it but some of the acting left something to be desired.I love to see how he does the Halloween movie but that in itself is a remake and let's be honest here, you've seen "Rejects" and "Corpses" before.Nothing groundbreaking. We shall see.

Both were well done. House of 1000 Corpses was a lot better. The Devils Rejects was a lot more tame.

I really enjoyed "The Devil's Rejects" but did not like "House of 1000 Corpses".

I actually liked & enjoyed The Devil's Rejects (and the soundtrack!), I didn't really find it scary at all. House of 1000 Corpses, on the other hand, did scare me - a lot!

The Devil's Rejects is "okay". House of 1000 Corpses is one of the fakest, worst acting, sorry attempts at a film that I have ever seen. And I watch a TON of movies. That thing is just wretched. And even for those just looking for violence (you have problems), they would still be let-down. And by no means should either of these movies and the phrase "WOW...unbelievable to see the way it is" ever, EVER, be muttered in the same breath. I need to go gouge my own eyes out for even having wasted my team reading and responding to this "question." Good day, and may someone have mercy on your soul.

Both great movies. Rob Zombie is also re-making Halloween, and it is sure to be great as well.
