If your tires are out of balance you will get a shake and yes, thats what is called needing wheel weights.

because your rims or your tires cannot be perfectly balanced...that's why when you reach a certain speed it'll shake. If it's really out of balance it'll shake all the time. Get this fixed quickly, or you'll be replacing a tire in a while. It'll cause abnormal wear on your tire, and there would be no way to fix it.

When does it shake? If at certain speeds have the balance checked> If there is a vibration only when you brake then that's in your brake rotors.

yes but you won"t feel it unless it was a severe. you will feel the shake when your tire treads start to wear uneven
