Food, shelter, clothing go to a homeless shelter, make sure you are functional, ask other people if you can improve anything to get a job about yourself....get their opinions, (if you have a drug problem, either stop or get help through programs, find other people to network with that don't do drugs and alchohol. They may seem boring to you. Hang in there and learn to love life without drugs, really clean up your act!) and attempt each day to get a job...applying for what you are qualified for that you are physically capable of doing and are capable of doing that pays you the most. Then after applying through those employers and to employers in your area, if you are not hired, work for a temp agency or whomever will hire you for morally proper work. Learn to budget for necessities and pay your bills. If you have outstanding bills, negotiate them so that you can clean up your credit. Get some education through your employers and through government programs that you can find and find a field that will offer you more secure employment. More dangerous jobs pay the most for poorer people. Be careful. Learn safety! Survive and thrive! Eventually accumulate enough funds to make a savings account after paying bills. Then invest in longer term savings....CDs, then Mutual Funds, then stocks, learning all the while about buying low and selling high. Then find your dream if you havent found it already. A partner dedicated for life to your goals is a nice plus! Good Luck.

This will solve your problem.
I found a place where you sign up and they put a toolbar on your internet. They make money off of it because they are partnered with some of the sites you might visit such as google or ebay.
Once you put that on there you refer people to put it on there internet. Know here is an example.
If you refer 5 people this month to join the program and then on average those 5 people refer another 5 people. You make a whopping $9767.50.
Crazy huh?
All you have to is spend a couple hours a week refering people and encouraging them to do the same.

Pray for some... Then walk into a coffee shop and look for a paper left behind. Look for work in the classifieds. Lastly get a temp job. They can sometimes find you work right away.

Go to craigslist.org or indeed.com and find a job.
If you think you can make a lot of money answering surveys, see if you can figure out why no one else is doing it.
There are very few shortcuts to money, most of us have to work for it.
