Could be a number of things , i need more info IE is it on all of the fish or just a few, you could take a water sample to your local fish dealer who will test it for you and maybe able to help.

Its properly due to over feeding cut back on the food and try to get as much mould out of the tank as possible

need more information about the infection, one of the most common infections is fin rot, tetra fin make treatment fluids to mix with the water to stop the spread, your local pet shop or garden centre will be able to help you, good luck.

Could be to much feeding? give your fish just enough after 5 minutes remove whats left Good luck
