When the belt slipped off, you might of overheated it and blown a head gasket or worse. Best have it checked because doesn't look good.

1. did the car overheat while the belt was off. Y/N ? If yes, how is the coolant level in the radiator. I know the cap says not to remove it, but since it is cool because it is not running, check it. If the level is ok, then how is the weather. Humidity will cause some white smoke, but not a lot. The replacement belt was new, I assume. Ford has an indicator on the idler pulley. Just a pointer that give the maximum stretch of a a belt. If the engine overheated a substantial amount. you may have cooked the engine. you may need to run a compression leak down test to check the rings. this test is ran in two parts. dry is just normal temperature checking all cylinders for compression. Then poor 1 oz. of oil down into each cylinder and not the increase in compression. The oil seals the piston to the cylinder wall and should increase each cylinder to around 125-Lbs/cylinder. Check the shop manual for exact measurements.

This may be a stupid question, but did you replace it correctly? Also, white smoke usually indicates water in the combustion chamber. Without looking at the car, I dont know what else to tell you...

By any chance did it overheat? Does the car idle rough? You really need to have a repair shop check it for a blown head gasket.

Something seized-up which is probably what caused the first belt to let go.
I would suggest checking each pulley to make sure they move, and if any of them are seized, then you have your culprit.
