i don't think they will get sued and they shouldn't because it's not they're fault that people were stupid enough to create and enter this contest. People need to understand that there are more important things then video games. Like helping children with life threatening desieses and raising money to help feed the hungry.

Most Likely the radio station will get sued. The nintendo got nothing to do with the women holding her wee.

Well it's not really a question of Nintendo being liable...it's whether the Radio Station that hosted the contest is liable. If THAT is the question, the answer should still be no. A lot of people dropped out of the contest when things got to uncomfortable for them. They were urged to just quit when they felt pain. But she wanted to keep going and going. It's really unfortunate considering she has kids and all, but looks like we have a new Darwin Award nominee.

No, it wasnt a promotion that was sponsored by Nintendo. Whoever owns the radio station will be sued. I don't think that Nintendo should be.
