It was a one night stand, it was the episode when Cameron is exposed to the blood of an HIV+ patient (he coughs and blood sprays on her face and around/in her eye), and she decided to "let loose" from her uptight, always do the right thing attitude, she takes crystal meth, which was also the patients. She invites Chase to her apartment and they have sex.
"In "Hunting" (2.07), a man infected with HIV coughed blood into her mouth and eyes, putting her potentially at risk for contracting the disease. He suggested to her that she should enjoy life and experimentation a little more, causing her to take crystal meth and have a one-night stand with her co-worker, Dr. Robert Chase. Their tryst was swiftly exposed by House after he observed an unravelled Cameron the morning after during a diagnostic session. Nothing came of it out of mutual agreement and the incident is rarely referred to."

Kasey newman and truex are all to inconsistent. and hamlin got off to a bad start so far and always needs a good lead at the begining of the season to leave room for his fade at the end. JGR will do fine as a whole because they have the complete backing of toyota, and toyota will cling to a winner that they desperately need after last years showing.

i don't think they did...and if it did happen it was a one night stand. But they are engaged in real life
