Yes, had a spirit, i wouldnt say demon because i dont believe in demons,
It was a house i was renting at the time..
The spirit wasnt very nice and i had to remove it.
which was just a simple ritual.

I rented a haunted condo but it wasn't haunted by a demon. It was a cranky old man who was angry his house was torn down after he died and condos were built on the property.
My husband and I lived there for two years and he didn't do anything nasty, just annoying...like watching us when we were sleeping. (I'd wake up and find him standing by the bed staring)
We moved when we were ready to build our own house. Without revealing anything, I've talked to other people who have since lived there and they've all "met" him!

I thought the house was haunted but it turned out to be a squirrel living between the wall
