Well, it depends what you're trying to do. If you're running an independant bookshop/selling collectible books, listing your stock on as many sites as possible will help. www.alibris.com and www.abebooks.com are good for that. For the average person, selling text books or just clearing out their bookshelves, www.amazon.com and www.half.com are probably your best bet.

Amazon or Ebay, but in my experience Amazon is cheaper. That's where I buy all of my used books. They can be as low as $.01.

Ebay, Amazon or even Barnes and Nobles if you can recommend them your read as a new author or something (see their details).
