Notre Dame is losing Brady Quinn, Darius Walker and Jeff Samardja... OSU is losing Troy Smith, Antonio Pittman and Ted Ginn. And considering that these r usually the 2 toughest teams that Michigan has to play, does michigan hav a shot next year?

Michigan will likely beat both teams next year.

OSU will be hard pressed to win 9-10 games next year but it is doable...The U of M game @ Ann Arbor won't be one of those 9-10 wins though...Too much talent coming back to U of M.

Notre Dame was a pretender this year and next year looks like more of the same...Got to give Coach Weis credit though...Before he came along they were a 7-8 win football team at best...He has taken them up a notch or two so that now if U of M beats them, at least it means something in the BCS rankings.

Notre Dame is definitley. They were never any good to begin with. That whole season I was saying that Notre Dame wasnt really that good and they got lucky to get in the top 10. Now that they lose their only good player, Brady Quinn, they are going to suck even more. Every top 10 opponent they played just absolutley manhandled them. I think my Buckeyes will be good this year, and are definintley going to step up their game after that pitiful loss. Even though we lose practically all of our offensive weapons (well not practically, we just do) our defense isnt going anywhere. We'll be good, but not #1. As for Notre Dame, they are going to be terrible.

Notre Dame plays a softer schedule yet Ohio State plays in the Big Ten so go figure. Ohio State and Michigan proved why the Big Ten is weak.

Referencing your question, Ohio State will have a good defense returning but their schedule is more tough than the Irish.

Answer: It is a wash!

Texas and USC With Matt Leinhart best the Trojans and Vince youthful best the Longhorns the Longhorns gained oftentimes because of the fact of Vince youthful's 3 rushing td's and Reggie Bush the RB for USC on the time not doing that great and easily ran for 80 yards and had a fumble.(Now on the NFL point with the hot Orleans Saints)

My Irish....don't forget that OSU isn't losing any key DEFENSIVE players while ND loses Zbikowski. Both teams will lose firepower on offense but we don't have defense. OSU does.

ND is, Michigan will be top 10 next year but either Florida, USC, Texas, or Duke (j/k) will win the title. USC is my guess.
