That's a pretty big heart you carry there. That would mean you're asking if we've loved someone..... about five times as much as we love ourselves. In a way where our heart is 10 times bigger than the average heart........ all given to that one person.
That's how love is always supposed to be. Giving so much more of yourself to that one person because nothing else seems to matter in the world...... but them.
Sure.... I've loved someone that deeply. It's unlike any other feeling you've ever had or are ever likely to have again. And... it doesn't ever die. That heart learns to grow... and then it stays that way. Having seen and learned what love is all about..... its not about to go backwards ever again.
But that doesn't always mean that the other person has learned about love at the same rate... at the same time. So rather than saying "who" I loved..... just saying THAT I loved is important. And knowing that the heart is still there...... never having changed.

yes I did... but it ended really bad... after losing 2 of my best years (of college). he was really intelligent, but evil. it was a love like a madness, I think we were both scared to death by each other (I surely was), he tried to make me look bad when I was more intelligent than him, hated me for my every success, for every book I read and he didn't, for every piece of writing I wrote. But I was fortunate even like that because he was really mean to others... a few persons even came to ask me to tell him not to speak when they presented their papers to some conferences. He was almost a genius, a wikipendia in itself, but for him it wasn't enough. And he was really wild... Unfortunately, his bad character took him down and down... he is a high-school teacher in some lost town and his wife is a beautiful devastated girl that I saw once and felt really pity for her. I knew she was the picture of me once, but I'm happy to have survived. And whenever I miss talking to him, I just do that... remember her face... to stop missing that.
