There is a three-legged dog tattoo parlor near Reno, I don't know if that would work for you.

Ask your vet.
My friends dog has a tattoo on the inside of his ear, but it was done at a vets, and its for identification
This is an example from the U.K so you know what to look for (couldn't find a usa link)

If you're asking the good people of Y/A for a dog tatoo parlour, you are barking up the wrong tree.

Thank heavens, no. That would be considered abuse. Are you just pulling our chain? (Or our chain collar, as the case may be)?
