There is a three-legged dog tattoo parlor near Reno, I don't know if that would work for you.

My friends dog has a tattoo on the inside of his ear, but it was done at a vets, and its for identification

Omg if u are planning to get a tatoo for ur dog that is so mean!!Ur putting it into pain!!What a mean owner!Why don't u get 1 4 ur self instead of ur dog!ANd wtf a tattoo parlor 4 dogs?
