Ahh Ohio. The only state that does not have a flag.
Ohio's "flag" has 5 sides,it's actually swallowtail pendant.

With the exception of Lake Erie, it's a land locked state with a law that makes it Illegal to hunt whales on Sunday.
So you can hunt them all you want Monday through Saturday.

The only state to produce 2 assassinated American Presidents
James Garfield and William McKinley.

The home of the first 2 men to fly a heavier than air, powered machine: The Wright brothers
The first American to orbit the earth: John Glenn
And the first American to walk on the moon: Neil Armstrong

Home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, in Cincinnati and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.

And nobody ever has anything good to say about the place.

We don't have to worry about hurricanes, mudslides, wildfires (not too often), scorpions, alligators, earthquakes or tsunamis. We only have a couple kinds of venomous snakes and tornadoes are fairly uncommon occurrences. We have alot of cultural events, museums, nice restaurants, and zoos to choose from. Wages are good here, and there are a lot of corporations around. Finding a job shouldn't be a problem. It's biggest downfall by far is winter. It's not as bad here as some other places, but we still get our share of cold temperatures and snow. I prefer Columbus to any of the other large cities. Overall, it's a relatively nice place to live.

I think most people from Ohio are down here on this little Island right now. We call them Winter Texans or "snow birds". Very nice; talk alot. All seem to have blond hair and big blue eyes. Very proud of their state; that's all they talk about. Good stories. Good Humor. It's all good.

Cincinnati has fantastic museums. Fountain Square is very pretty since the face lift. The river is a great place for boating :-)
