if a random lump appears on my groin area, its painless and the lump is underneath the skin not the surface.

You need to go to the doctor just in case its something bad.

You should be concerned if anything out of the ordinary happens with your body. This definitely includes strange lumps, especially in that area of your body. It could be anything from an ingrown hair or a sebaceous cyst, to an STD. You should see a doctor if washing it thoroughly does not get rid of it within a couple of days.

Probably not... at least not right away. If it doesn't go away in a week or so, it should be checked out. Most lumps in the genital area are nonharmful (ingrown hairs, blocked sebaceous cysts, etc), but rather safe than sorry.

I woud give it a few days and if it does not go away you may want to check with the doctor, it could be nothing but don't take that chance

Yes, be concerned but don't freak out. It could just be something harmless but incase it isn't go to a clinic or to your physician and have it looked at.

It could just be a gland and probably nothing to be concerned about but if it doesn't go away or you are concerned you can speak to your doctor.

Absolutely! Any bumps on your body anywhere that are new to you, should be a concern. Make an appointment with your physician.

That can Be a sign of Prostate cancer or some kind or it can be nothing see a doctor as soon as you can
