I work for a staffing agency. The part I like is helping deserving people find employment and watching them prosper.
The part I hate is having to terminate someone who tries hard, but just can't quite do a job to their employer's satisfaction.

What I like most: The laughs you get when you work with wacky people.
What I dislike the most: My boss! It used to be the monotony that killed me but now the boss has proven that he can be THE BIGGEST PAIN IN THE REAR! The monotony is nothing! Trust me!

The people and it works both ways. I like the people aspect of my job and I dislike the people aspect of my job.

I do customer service so i like meeting people and helping them, i guess i dont like the times we have rude or ignorant customers. I try my best to find a solution for their troubles but sometimes you just can't...and hey keep your receipts and No we can return a toaster you got 10 years ago and use to fry toasted cheese in...and that gas grill you bought and said it keeps burning your food..duh!! turn it down and also watch your food you moron!!

I like my co-workers and the way they make me laugh -- what I hate is the crabby customers I have to deal with on the phone every hour of the day that I am there --

what i like most is that my mom is the boss under the head boss so there for i get treated as if i'm a boss lol, what i hate about it is that every one is in my biz
