Try lip-plumping gloss - I have some by a company called 'Too Faced', but I believe there are others that make the same type of gloss. They contain an ingredient which causes your lips to sting mildly for about 5 minutes, resulting in a deeper colour and plumper appearance. It really works. I got mine on ebay. Only prob it is quite a sticky gloss, but good fun, way better than any injection anyway.

First, use a lipliner that either matches your lipstick or the actual color of your lips to line the outer edge of your natural lipline. Do not, however, go *outside* the lipline or you'll end up looking like a clown--just line the outer edge and blend inwards a bit. Use a medium tone lip color to fill in your lips, blot, and then use a lighter, coordinating color in the center of the lip. This will make them look fuller. There are some plumping lip colors and liners (Avon makes some) available on the market as well.

Prime them by brushing them with a toothbrush with some vaseline on it. This makes them super smooth and tingly. Lip liner in a colour that matches your own lip tone should be applyed around the edge of the lip then apply lip gloss but just to the bottom lip this gives the illusion of them being fuller.

you can go to your Doctor and ask for some good surgeons who can put collagen, a substance that will make your lips bigger, plumper, and fuller, for a certain price- if you are willing to have it injected in.don't put to much in though- it looks weird and puffy... just look at Jessica Simpson's lips!

I can give u many ways:
1) lip-liner but it is the worth way for making your lips look fuller;
2) light brown or very darck red lipstick and lipgloss on your lipstick;
3) only lipgloss.

there is this injection thing at Sephora and it's reallly good.... it's like 23$ and it gives u the fuller more beautiful look u have always wanted.....OMG there r soooo many products at Sephora that can plump yr lip.....BTW teh injectiong thing doesn't really hurt and it can last the whole day!!!!

in boots the chemist there is a range called two faced.
the lip injection treament is what you are needing. its the most wanted item the celebrity circle.it;s the cheapest way of having botox.
i use it and it's fab.

Keep the area well-moisturized, do NOT line your lips, and use a lighter lip color and gloss. Lighter color = looks bigger. Darker color = looks smaller. (That's why fat people wear black.)
