Okay, I totally swear by this.
If you want a girl, then girl on top
If you want a boy, then boy on top
I conceived my daughter with me on top, and when we decided to start for baby #2 we did husband on top and we got a boy. Also one of my good friends didn't know what she was having, but knew that when they conceived it was her on top, and sure enough, she had a girl! I really do think it works :)
