at a week pregnant your actually not pregnant at all, so you shouldn't fell any different than normal. a pregnancy is calculated from the first day of your last period, so actually at a week you ha vent even ovulated yet. the reason a pregnancy is calculated from the first day of your last period is because most the time it is next to impossible to determine the actual conception date.

you shouldn't feel anything different at just 1 week. Morning sickness, frequent peeing and tiredness don't really kick in til 6-8 wks
