When scrolling around here I often see the stereotype of the cheating man. I was curious do you think men cheat more than women, less or the same? I suspect it to be the same as the guy has to have someone to cheat with but would like to hear others opinions....

I think it's the same. The reason why people always think that men cheat more is simple: because women don't get away with it as often. It's true. Just like when we check a guy out it isn't insanely obvious. With men, it's written all over their face.

Thats a tough one however in an ideal situation where a woman and man had the same thoughts running through their heads. I would say a woman. A woman can cheat talk to her friends about it and you will possibly never know what lies her and her gfs are keeping and since they've become so accustomed to talking about their feelings get over it (if they feel any guilt) alot quicker. Guys on the other hand feel more because they talk less about their emotions and again depending on whether they regret it or not think alot harder the next time to avoid making mistakes of getting caught.

I think that it is the same because women do cheat even though u don't hear about it as much as men cheating on women they still do.

I've not seen stats...women tend to be the ones who are more into monogamous relationships (in general) but that doesn't mean they don't stray.
To me it doesn't matter who does it more...it's a crummy thing for ANYone to do, including the person the cheater is cheating with (whether they are single or not).
Your argument that the guy has to have someone to cheat with doesn't indicate men and women cheat equally, because plenty of cheaters do it with single/unattached people.

It is probably the same but if you had to select just 1 I would say women do it more. Women have a sneaky way with them and we plan our cheating better than the average man.

I believe that men actually do cheat more than women. Women think about it more...fantasize about being swept away by some sexy handsome man that treats us like the sexy exciting person we want to be...not the harassed, stressed out, over weight, messy house/work wife we have become.

I'm a firm believer that all the time you spend away from your mate cheating on them, gives them that same amount of time to meet someone and possibly cheat on you in return. So basically, I agree with you, its probably even.
