I asked already a question for post-paid mobile users. Now, another question for pre-paid mobile friends! Suppose, you are checking for the billing, immediatley after each and every out-going calls via your mobile display very carefully. Fine! if your amount reduces by night hours, would you be aware of it. Even though, you found out some mis-takings by morning, how will you argue or prove it in the court? Is there, any government agency or CONSUMER FEDERATIONS taking care for the assurance of correct billings to the mobile customers?

With pre-paid, there are no logs and hence, it cannot be verified.

However, quite often, what happens is that the charge made by a call is not debited to the account immediately.

So, when you end a call & check the balance it shows a high amount. Later, when the systems have updated, that balance is updated as well & debited from your account.

This delay at times - causes confusion among pre-paid customers.
