Take it to a leather repair shop.Get an estimate-no estimate-no deal.If affordable(your price range) fix it.If it costs to much maybe you could have it cut,to a jacket length. The point being;only you know weather or not it would be worth it. Some places work miracles with leather. So check your yellow pages for repair shops-they get harder to find all the time.Maybe a local boot maker could help.

If you really like that leather coat, then find a tailor to fix it. There are some tailor good in fixing leather coat but won't be cheap. So if it is too expansive then maybe get a new one!

Take it to a leather repair shop, or they sell leather repair kits as well. Don't try to do anything without a kit or anything, though, because if it is a really nice coat, you don't want to end up ruining it.

take it to a repair shop. Try either a shoe repair store or maybe dry cleaner. I know that I have had my jackets cleaned before. I would not try a self repair kit as I would worry about ruining the coat.

I'm usually not a real-animal wearer, but I guess you can fix it at a leather-fixing repair shop.
