33% and you know what there would be just as many professionals ie physicians, pharmacists, teachers, attorneys as blue collar workers!

We would all be affected. I once worked for a company that had a policy of random drug testing. In about 5 years, I had to take 3 tests total. Only one of the three tests was not completely horrible and humiliating. I won't go into one of the horrible humiliating ones, but the other was at my interview. You know how the nurses turn off the water and won't let you do things like wash your hands during the test? Well, my recruiter was standing outside waiting for me immediately after the test, ready to welcome me with a hearty handshake. Enough said? Guys, you probably wouldn't understand. But I'm female, and I think any female who has had to go through the humiliation of a random drug test knows what I mean and how I felt.
Anyway, this was my first job after college. I didn't know any better. Today, I would not accept a job at any company that required me to take drug tests as a condition of employment for any reason other than showing up for work under the influence.

Big Brother needs a kick up the behind for such an idiotic idea. Next it'll be cigarettes and alcohol. I don't do drugs, but I'm pretty sure that those that do, and that are on benefits would turn to crime to feed their addiction... I get it. More police, more paperwork, more drug councillors, more public sector jobs, higher taxes... I wish now I was on drugs bearing in mind what those Communists have done to this country, and continue to do. Sorry - I was moaning about England there, but there are similarities.

Everyone, because we'd all be subjected to a test at some point, which is an affect in itself.

For ANY TYPE of drug? Probably 99.9 percent. LOL Canada would reclaim half it's work force too.

If everyone were tested then obviously all of them (us) would be affected. What's your point?
