No that is not bad at all. I tell people I've never met in person, that I love them.
We are to love our neighbors as we love our selves. :o) If you can't love others, then you must really dislike self.

seriously it could get you into a lot of trouble saying that to people you dont know and to say those little words hold powerful meaning to the right people they shouldnt be flippantly used some may think your a pervert and they are in danger from you you can pay people a compliment without saying them its more respectful and your not likely to be seen has weird

No, that is great! That is exactly what the world need now is love among the people. Remember stuff like that is contagious and i bet someone that you told "I love you " to has told someone else that same thing. Keep going brother. Kisses to you!

No its not bad. As long as it is somebody who you are dating and dont really feel them like that but you still tell him or her that you love them. Because there are two wasy you can say i love you.
It is up to how it said, in what situations and to who of course.
