Honey please run don't walk to tell your parents and maybe they will call the police. This is very serious. If a 24 year old is hanging around with a 12 year old something is terribly wrong. Why would your parents let a 12 year old come home late in the first place? You may be her only help so do it now. You don't need her permission. In years to come she'll thank you so go now please. I'll be praying for you.

12yr, late to home and missing clothing. You need to get that child and sit her down.
First of all what is she doing hanging out with a 24yr old that you don't TRUST? The bruises have you ever thought they may be hickeys? Don't put up with it do something about it anything, and if you follow her or anything make sure someone knows where you are always. Me when i was that age and other 12yrs I know would be at bed at 10pm 10:30 latest.
I'm sure there are better sites, but check my sources for a start.
Good luck and I hope it is all a misunderstanding.

First, you need to tell your parents.
Then, the three of you need to talk to the police.
A 24-year-old man has no business hanging around with a 12-year-old girl. He may have convinced her that he loves her, that they are in love, that he does what he does because he loves her, etc, etc, but that doesn't change the fact that it is abuse, and she needs help.
If he has a firm grip on her mind, she probably won't tell you anything, which is why you should call the police. Get them involved, and let them handle it before the situation spirals completely out of control.
I wish you the best.

Immediately tell your parents what you've seen. It could save her life. Even if she's not in danger of him killing her, what he might be doing to her can set the stage for her having serious emotional problems for the rest of her life.
A 24 year old man shouldn't be "hanging out" with a 12 year old girl. Not only is it wrong, it's illegal if he's having sex with her or physically assaulting her. He might be giving her drugs too...and perhaps she should be tested for those as well.
If you don't want to tell your parents, call the police the next time she goes to his house or out with him and let the authorities bust him...that was he can go to jail where he needs to be.

tell your parents right away. there is no reason a 12 year old should be hanging around a 24 year old. you need to be able to help her. even if she gets mad at you at first she will thank you in the end. you do not want her to go through this much longer or for anything worse to happen

A 12 year old hanging around with a 24 year old is reason enough to arouse suspicion. How does she explain the bruises? You need to tell your parents about this right away.

This should be easy for anybody to answer. CALL THE POLICE or child protective services and tell them what has been going on and with whom. They will take it from there and the best part is you can be totally unknown they do take anonomis phone calls.
This isn't something to be waited on. She may not come home next time and you could find her in a dumpster or in the morgue.
Take action now. CALL THE POLICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to tell your parents, now! If not you will be endangering your sister! She is twelve! She should be hanging out with kids her age at the mall! Not out late and coming home with missing clothing.
Tell your parents now.
She will be mad,
But you might save her life.

It sounds like she's being used as a prostitute and has got a Pimp!
Call the police!
IMMEDIATELY!!!
Or she might be mixed up in something else that's illegal. Either way, call the police. If she's being injured and comes home bruised up, that's abuse regardless!! She's just a CHILD!
Be a GOOD BIG SISTER and call the AUTHORITIES!! ASAP!
