If you've seen it, do you really think tiredness and a minor throat infection, not inebriation, were the causes of the cancellations and earlier odd behavior.
OR even this="She was sitting in a room with just a camera and a mic on, and the controllers dropped the sound twice, which is why she rolled her eyes.
"She never drinks. I have known Paula Abdul since she was 13, and I have never seen her drink ever in my life. And no, she is not on any kind of medication. She was a little tired."
What do you think about it? I just think she had a few too many drinks and doesnt want to admit she was drunk.. Who cares? She got drunk, it happens, just admit it and move on!

At first glance it does seem as if she is drunk or something but the more of her strange behavior I see the more I think that she is acting that was because she's nervous. Just because she is famous doesn't mean that she doesn't have the jitters or even panic attacks before a TV interview. I think everyone's been in a situation where you were talking to someone (your boss, a cute guy, etc.) and after the conversation was over you realized that you were acting like an idiot. Lucky for us we don't have those embarassing moments on tape like Paula does.

It did really look and sound like she was drunk. I had the exact same thought when I watched the interview, and I really had to laugh that her publicist denied her drinking. I don't think that she wants to admit it because I think that she had been accused of drinking during one of the American Idol seasons (I could be wrong about that - I don't follow it very much at all).
Celebrity life....I don't think that I would want to be under a microscope all of the time.

I like Paula, but even I have to admit there was more going on with her than just "tiredness" or whatever other excuses were made for her. She was loopy, slurring her words, and seemed totally high. Come on, we're not stupid.

Paula is a bonifide junkie. She's a pill popping clown. Simon Cowell should have fired her from American Idol, she continuously makes a fool out of herself acting like a lighter version of Whitney Houston.

I've known people who were awake for well over 40 hours and did not act like that. She is on something. But who cares, she was only embarrassing herself.

She appeared to be under some sort of infleuence, OTHER than "being tired" (she appeared to be DRUNK as a SKUNK!!!). Yeah, just ADMIT IT, and get on with your life Paula. -No one likes a liar.
