It is bad, and it isn't. I don't know how to explain it. You can't help it if you think he is hot. Just as long as you aren't entertaining any thoughts of ACTUALLY being with him. You don't want to ruin his relationship...chances are, if he would leave his fiancee to be with you, he will leave you later. But if you just watch him from afar and only think about him...don't actually flirt with him...that's not so bad, because you can't help it. However, you need to get over him soon. Either find another guy or get another job, etc. It does you no good to want someone who is off-limits...and he IS off-limits.

if he's engaged he's off limits! didn't your mother teach you anything? how would you feel if some woman was after your man? don't be a homewrecker, and leave him alone! if he had any feelings for you he would be with you and not her!
