Okay, first off, calm down. The odds are huge that nothing is wrong with you... your periods will vary at different points in your life, for a lot of reasons (are you perhaps stressed out about high school ending and college/career beginning?) It sounds like you had a very light cycle around Christmastime. Sometimes these things just happen.
If you don't get back on a more typical cycle by say, your february period, or if your stomach pain gets severe, then call up your doctor. But in the meantime, don't get all paranoid about this. It's a normal thing.

If you've never had sex then you are completely overreacting. You need to calm down! There's nothing to be scared of.
I mean, you DID spot around the holidays (so about 3 weeks ago). Did you ever think that you were stressed out and it made you skip a period? There are a LOT of things that can affect your cycle, illness, stress and sudden weight loss just to name a few!
If you don't get a period again NEXT month (like in a week or two) then I would schedule an appointment with your doc if I were you and have things checked out just to be safe.

Don't be sacred. It is probably just nothing. A lot of people miss periods when they are young and that doesn't mean that they are pregnant. You did say that you did see spots and that might have just been your period for that month. If you don't have anything for another two months, then you should go to the doctor.

Im sure you are just fine. Sometimes when you are more active in sports or anything else like that then you will have a lighter period. It happens to all of us. You are going to be fine. Just wait until next month and see if a regular period comes. If not then go see a gyno dr.
